Last minute … Cabinet meeting is over! Erdoğan’s face-to-face training statement

The cabinet meeting was chaired by the president and AKP chairman Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Regarding face-to-face training, which is the main item on the meeting’s agenda, Erdogan announced in his last-minute statement that the scope of face-to-face training has been expanded.

CLASSES 2, 3, 4, 8 AND 12 BEGIN IN-HOUSE EDUCATION

In making a statement after the meeting, President Erdoğan said:

* In education, we had previously started face-to-face education in preschool and 1st grade on a limited basis. Today we decided to expand the scope of face-to-face training.

* In 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades, we begin face-to-face training as a result of the determined rules.

* In addition to these, face-to-face education will begin within the rules determined in grades 8 and 12 of high school. There was no obstacle to face-to-face education in proper village schools.

* First, we started the process where we will deliver free tablets to 500 thousand students. Starting next week, we will start to distribute these tablets as MEB.
