In the memorandum sent with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, it was recalled that the struggle of the friendly and brother country Azerbaijan has been going on for years to save its occupied lands.
In the memorandum, it was stated that, in response to Armenia’s attacks on military and civilian targets along the Nagorno-Karabakh front line on September 27, Azerbaijan achieved significant success in the direction of the liberation of its occupied territories as a result of the counter-operation launched on the basis of their right to self-defense.

It was noted that a “Common Center” will be established in the territory of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation.
