The efficiency and visibility of inspection activities will be maintained at the highest level. During the inspections, activities aimed at orienting and educating citizens will be emphasized. For non-continuous infractions derived from instantaneous practices, warnings on the first offense, administrative fines on the second offense, 1 day on the third offense will be sent to the local administrative authority for the workplace, commercial taxis and public transport vehicles, and 3 days on the fourth offense. The sanctions that will be determined by the Provincial / District General Hygiene Boards will be applied by the local administrative authorities for infractions that create risks and create continuity or insist on acts against the norms / measures “.

Soylu met with the governors of 81 provinces via video conference in the Ministry’s Muhammet Fatih Safitürk Meeting Hall.
At the meeting, the general situation of the Kovid-19 epidemic, the uncompromising implementation of the measures taken in the field of controlled social life, the activation of inspections in the provinces through the Provincial and District Centers of Control of Epidemics (ISDEM), the implementation of the decisions made in the form of weddings, without compromising the mask inspections and not tolerating those who do not obey the rules, Compliance with the decisions made for public transport vehicles was discussed.
Minister Soylu ordered the governors to tighten controls in places and markets where citizens can collectively meet, public transport vehicles and weddings, and not to compromise to the point of obeying the rules.
