With the new decision of the Decision of the Provincial Hygiene Council in Istanbul, the HES code has been imposed when entering many places such as coffee shops, internet cafes, barber shops, Turkish baths, massage parlors, wedding halls, theaters and sports halls from the March, 15th.
The Istanbul Provincial General Hygiene Council met today under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Niyazi Erten. At the meeting, new decisions were made in the field of fighting the coronavirus epidemic.
The new decisions, which will take effect on March 15, are announced as follows:
CODE VERIFICATIONS WILL BE MANDATORY
1- The verification of the HES code will be mandatory at the entrance of all institutions and public bodies.
2- At the entrance of all schools and public / private institutions attached to the Ministry of National Education; Verifications of the HES code will be carried out for people other than teachers, students and staff, and visitors that are created with the integration between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Education and whose risk status is monitored through the Ministry of Information Systems of National Education (MEBBİS) and also instantly via SMS.
THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN ALL KINDS OF ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN DETERMINED
3- All kinds of activities (leaving 8 square meters per person per person and the maximum number of people that can be present at the same time), including the general assembly to be organized by non-governmental organizations, professional organizations of public institutions and their organizations superiors, associations, cooperatives and apartment owners HES code controls will be carried out at the entrances (no more than 300).
