Azerbaijani Vice President Hikmet Hacıyev announced on his social media account that the Armenian army was hit by a missile.
“The Armenian armed forces, hidden behind the humanitarian ceasefire, continue to practice terrorism and war crimes,” Hacıyev said.
Hikmet Hacıyev, using the expressions “The cities of Ganja and Mingechevir of Azerbaijan were attacked with missiles”, made a statement: “The injuries and damages will be determined.”

Stating in his post on his social media account that new missile systems were introduced in Armenia, Hacıyev wrote: “They immediately began targeting treacherous and cruel civilians in Azerbaijani cities.”
Hikmet Hacıyev, who announced that there were civilians among the disappeared in Ganja, included in his publication the words “the manifestation of the terrorist policy of the Armenian state”.

“Innocent civilians in the second largest city of Azerbaijan, Armenia, are being targeted with random and selective missiles,” Hajiyev said, saying that more than 20 houses were destroyed due to the attacks.
