In the statement made by the Altay Club, it was recalled that the Covid-19 tests of 9 players were positive before the Altınordu match played during the week.
This number was claimed to have increased with tests conducted before the Giresunspor match, and the following statements were made:
At this point, the Kovid-19 tests of our 20 players on our Team A list and in addition to this, 4 of our young players are positive, and the relevant isolation protocol of the TFF and the Ministry of Health is meticulously applied to a total of 24 players and the treatment processes continue.
In addition to the players, it was indicated that there were a total of 34 positive cases, among them coach Yücel Ildiz, 3 professional team coaches, accreditation officer, 2 health workers, 2 point guard, and field maintenance officer.
