Stating that the aftershocks will continue, Prof. Dr. Özener warned citizens and said: “It is very clear that the aftershocks will continue. Therefore, we must be prepared for aftershocks. We must not enter rotten buildings, we must follow the statements of the authorities. “They are not perceived as panic, but after the Bodrum Kos earthquake in 2017, there were around 10,000 aftershocks.”
