Canan Kaftancıoğlu, who arrived at the new provincial presidency building in Ayazağa district, made observations inside for a time. Kaftancıoğlu answered questions from journalists as he left the building.

WE MAKE A CRIME REPORT ‘

Kaftancıoğlu gave the following answer to the question whether there was a seal:

You will see that I am leaving the building right now. Also, I will give you other information. I will give detailed information on these later. This is our Istanbul Provincial Directorate building, consisting of 14 separate units, with offices below. Velev that if someone did something illegal before me, the independent units are sealed. While there are separate units here, a method called building sealing is not legally in question. So think of an apartment building, one of the apartment owners. It doesn’t matter if they’re all mine, that apartment is mine. If you’ve done illegal work, that section will be sealed. Also, there is no detection. There is no record. You see our building. I use my building as I received it, it is sealed. According to what is done? We will follow all processes legally. We will file a criminal complaint about those affected. I hope to invite you soon. I’ll show you everything. “

‘I DIDN’T BREAK THE SEAL, I LEAVE MY BUILDING’

Kaftancıoğlu claimed that the entire building is owned by the CHP and continued as follows:

“I will use the building in Şişhane for other purposes, but our provincial presidency will be here. This entire building is owned by the CHP. When did the Ministry arrive? An examination is made, it is visited, if there is one, it is determined. As you can see, I’m leaving the building right now. Can I come in if it’s sealed? I am someone who acts in accordance with the law. I didn’t break the seal, I’m leaving my building. As CHP, we always act in accordance with the law and hold those who conduct illicit business to account. “

‘THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY DOCUMENT’

Regarding the allegation that ministry officials were not allowed in, Kaftancıoğlu said: “Ask the ministry officials about this. Two of our friends came from the Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization. We asked for a document, the security friends here did not let us in because no document was presented. Look, you can’t get in right now either, but I’m not blocking you. It’s that easy. How does the process work when something is related to illegal construction? You go to the municipality or any other place. That person receives the application, comes in and says that I will examine it with an official letter. None of these processes happened. ”

THE PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND URBANIZATION OF ISTANBUL HAS MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT
