Music teachers Jülide Kıratlı and Nalan Albayrak from Izmir organized a social responsibility project. “I stay at home Turkey” campaign, in the face of a growing interest in social networks like gunpowder. Jülide Kıratlı and Nalan Albayrak, who are piano teachers in the Music Department of the Ümran Baradan High School of Fine Arts in Izmir Kemalpaşa, created a project based on this work.
Artists from various parts of the country carried out the work individually with their unique comments.
The song was adapted from Turkish traditional music to Turkish art music, from classical music to jazz and pop music, and performed with different musical instruments.
THE CAMPAIGN HAS THREE PURPOSES
Sound artists Ardacan Algan, Aynur Gündüz, Barış Güvenenler, Defne Balçık, Different Band Trio, Ilgın Timuçin, Jülide Kıratlı, Meltem Arslan, Mert Kocadayı, Murat Kağan Ergün, Sedat Yüce, Sertaç Yılmaak, Sertaç Yılmaak, Tarta Sofia He was among the artists who performed the work so far.
