After taking my mother’s maiden name, I filed a ‘paternity’ case against my own father in the Muğla Civil Court of First Instance in May 2017. In DNA testing, Orhan Karaca was revealed to be my father biological with a probability of 99.99%. I won the case. After winning the case, I met with him one more time.

* However, he did not accept me as his son again. He wouldn’t let me carry his last name. If he does not accept me as a son, I did not accept him as a father. Subsequently, I sued him for compensation of 355 thousand lire for “not fulfilling his paternity duty.” This case turned out in my favor, I won 351 thousand lire in compensation. Despite this, he never accepted me as his son.

* In fact, before suing him, he offered me 300,400,000 lire with intermediaries so that he would not give up the case and take his own last name. I did not accept.
