What citizens are most interested in is whether there will be a 9-day curfew on the Feast of Ramadan. Inter-city travel will again be banned during the Feast of Ramadan. However, it is unclear if there will be a 9-day curfew. Speaking in Ankara behind the scenes, 9 days will not be prohibited. However, the final decision will be made after the Council of Ministers meeting on May 18.

WHAT DAY WILL THE RAMADAN VACATION BE?

As Eid al-Fitr coincides with Sunday, there is no possibility of a 9-day vacation this year. Holidays start on May 24, Sunday, and on May 23, Saturday will be Araf. An official 3-day holiday, combined with Arafe day, which coincides with Saturday, gives rise to the possibility of a 4-day holiday.
