The results of the Scholarship Exam for Institutions of Primary and Secondary Education (İOKBS) were announced by the Ministry of National Education (MEB) on the website “www.meb.gov.tr”.

Students studying in private educational institutions can apply to İOKBS; Those who win the exam can benefit from these rights if they register or transfer to official and formal schools / institutions (secondary schools, imam hatip secondary schools and secondary education institutions) affiliated with the Ministry of National Education (MEB) before September 30 of 2019.
However, the laws grant special rights to students; The scholarship rights will continue in the event that the children in the first paragraph of article 5 of the Regulations on Boarding, Scholarships, Social Aid and School Guest House dependent on the Ministry of National Education attend private schools.
In secondary education institutions, students with free boarding can go to scholarship, students with scholarship can go to free boarding for one time during the period of secondary education. Scholarship students will be transferred to a free boarding school without exam, and free boarding students will be transferred to a scholarship if they meet the conditions to request the scholarship exam that the Ministry performs annually through the central system and pass the exam. Students who continue their education for free do not receive additional scholarships.
