The investigation launched by the Istanbul Prosecutor General’s Office on the journalist Can Ataklı on a private television channel on March 23, was completed due to his words about the teacher who teaches distance education through EBA TV.
In the indictment prepared as a result of the investigation, criminal complaints were included about Atakli, who was listed as a suspect.
The indictment, which also included the statement by suspect Ataklı, noted that Ataklı said that “his statements regarding the broadcast of EBA TV did not constitute a crime, that no one had degraded the statements against his religious values, nor did he have that intention.”
In the indictment, during suspect Can Ataklı’s speech on the show, while expressing his views on educational activities, the first post was reacted by a teacher with a headscarf: “It is very wrong to give millennial students a role model as role model … “. .. The accusation, approved by the Attorney General, was sent to the Istanbul Criminal Court of First Instance.
