Public personnel were prohibited from leaving the province as part of the measures taken by the Karabük Provincial Hygiene Board. The following statements were used in the Board’s decision:

All personnel who are on active service in the institutions and public bodies of our province or who are on administrative leave due to flexible working hours (except the annual vacation period) should not leave the province, receive written approval from the owner of the institution in cases where it is necessary to leave the province, including) remain in quarantine at home for at least 7 (seven) days and this period will be counted as annual leave.

JUDICIAL PROCEDURE WILL BE APPLIED

It was indicated that personnel who leave the province without written authorization will be subject to criminal sanctions according to the decision of the General Hygiene Board, and the disciplinary investigation will be opened by their institutions and the period of their stay in quarantine will be deducted from your annual vacation. It was indicated that personnel who leave the province before the decision will be exempt from this practice.
