– In the case of infractions that pose a serious risk to public health and create continuity or insist on acts contrary to the rules / precautions, the sanctions that will be determined by the Provincial / District General Hygiene Boards will be applied by the local administrative authorities .
– During the inspections, the forms of the Work and Outbreak Management Guide of the Ministry of Health and the annexes of the circular previously sent on the inspections will be used.
In this context, governors and district governors will do the necessary planning ensuring coordination between local administrations, general law enforcement agencies, public institutions and organizations, village / neighborhood mukhtars and professional chambers, and there will be no break in deployment.
