The last December composition session of the IMM Assembly was held at the Yenikapı Eurasia Performing Arts Center.
The session made a series of unanimous decisions to support citizens who were in financial difficulties during the pandemic period.
According to the decisions taken; For properties under the responsibility of IMM, its affiliates and affiliates, the rent and income payments have been postponed for the duration of the restrictions.
Deferred rents will be charged in equal installments and without late payment interest. Taxpayers unable to operate due to restrictions will not be charged rent or fees during their absence.
Due to the pandemic, there has been a significant decrease in merchant income, so the rent increase will not apply to IMM tenants until the end of the pandemic process as of March 19, 2020.
75 PERCENT OF RENTALS WILL BE PICKED UP IN THE CAR
75 percent of the rent paid by commercial companies at the Bayrampaşa bus station will be charged to IMM during the restriction. Rents from tenants unable to operate due to restrictions will not accrue during this period. The price increase in the new year will not apply until the pandemic ends.
THE SCOPE OF FREE TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED
The period of free use of all public transport vehicles and ISPARK car parks included in the Istanbulkart integration has been extended until March 31, 2021.
Officials and contracted personnel working in all health institutions and organizations, health workers of the IMM and district municipalities, and employees of the Cemetery Directorate will also benefit from the same right.
