After being determined as a member of FETÖ, the Board of Judges and Prosecutors, which evaluated the dismissal decisions of the Judges and Prosecutors, who were investigated by the Board of Inspection, made decisions on the professional future of 80 Judges and Prosecutors in the assembly general, which started on October 6 and lasted about two weeks.
After the General Assembly meetings, it was decided that 11 Judges and Prosecutors should be removed from their profession, 1 person was suspended from their duties, and approximately 50 people should not be prosecuted.
Refuse to review the application again
It has been known that there are notifications received by HSK, correspondence from ByLock, inspections of public telephones and statements obtained from the FETÖ investigations into the judges and prosecutors who have been removed. The Board rejected the requests for reexamination of 4 people who were previously fired.
