HOW TO GET THE CODE?
In the Hayat Eve Sığar application, click on the “My DataMatrix” tab. In the screen that opens, the “Category, Field Name, and Address Information” fields are filled. The printed copy of the created square code can be hung in the corresponding area.
The HEPP code can be obtained by entering the section “Transactions with HEPP code” in the mobile application “Hayat Eve Sığar”. Then, the “Create HES code” button will be clicked and the period of code use will be selected and the code can be created.
In practice, all administration, such as code generation, time-generated code restriction, sharing, erasing, is under the control of citizens.
Citizens can generate as many codes as they want through the Hayat Eve Sığar app. You can see the list of what code you have shared with which institution, cancel it if you wish, or revoke your authorization.
The HES code can also be received by SMS. To receive the HES code by text message, you must write HES and leave a space between them, respectively, the last 4 digits of the Turkish identity serial number and the time to share (in number of days) and it can be sent to 2023 as an SMS. If the exchange period is not specified, the duration of the code will be limited to 1 year. (Example of short message: HES 1234567890 1234 15. When a message like this is sent, the code is valid for 15 days)
