HOW WILL THE COMMITMENT TO ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT BE APPROVED?
In order for KYK payments to be deposited into student accounts, students eligible for a grant-loan must read and have their letter of commitment approved through e-government. In the Commitment, students can be informed about the circumstances in which the grant-loan will be withdrawn and when and how the repayment will be made. Here is the approval of the e-government commitment;
Students over 18 years of age will be able to carry out their contracts with their own accounts through electronic government.
Students under the age of 18 can complete the approval process after parental approval is given with the mother’s or father’s e-government password.
Students who do not have a mother or father can go to any of the Provincial Credit Directorates for Higher Education and Institution of Hostels together with their legal guardians and approve their commitments with their documents (identity, decision of the tutor, etc.).
WHEN WILL THE 2020-2021 KYK PAYMENTS BE DEPOSITED?
Students eligible for scholarships or loans must complete their KYK pledge approval before the payment process begins. Every year, the scholarship and loan payments are made by the Credit Institution and Hostels starting in January. The payment date is determined according to the last digit of the students’ TR identity number.
Candidates with 0 in the last digit of their TC ID number are paid on the 6th of each month, 2 on the 7th, 4 on the 8th, 6 on the 9th, and 8 on the 10th of each month.
