House arrest warrant for Ayvatoğlu, who admitted to using cocaine

WALL – Former AK Party Headquarters member Kürşat Ayvatoğlu, who was shown to be using cocaine in his luxury vehicle and made a “powdered sugar” defense at the prosecutor’s questioning, admitted that he “used cocaine” after being stopped for the second time. The prosecutor referred 6 suspects, including Ayvatoğlu, to the duty judge, demanding their arrest.

According to the news from Alican Uludağ from Ankaragazeteci.com, Kürşat Ayvatoğlu, who was arrested the day before, was completed at the Ankara police headquarters. A total of 6 suspects, along with Ayvatoğlu, were transferred to the Ankara Courthouse at night. It was learned that three of the suspects were the people who were in the vehicle with Ayvatoğlu, and the remaining two were the suspects who provided Ayvatoğlu with cocaine.

According to the information received, it was indicated that Kürşat Ayvatoğlu made a statement after being detained for the second time, this time admitting that the substance in the images was cocaine. It was noted that in Ayvatoğlu’s statement, he also named the people who sold him cocaine. These two suspicious statements were taken into custody.

Accused of drug trafficking

After the statements, the investigating prosecutor referred 6 suspects to the office of the justice of the peace on duty with a request for their arrest. Ayvatoğlu was alleged to have been charged with drug trafficking in the third paragraph of article 188 of the TCK, and the person who took the pictures was charged with encouraging drug use.

Ankara’s first criminal justice of the peace decided to put Kürşat Ayvatoğlu under judicial control on the condition that he did not leave the house.
