EXPLANATION FROM FAMILY DOCTORS
In making a statement on behalf of the Balıkesir Family Physicians Association, the Association’s president, Fevzi Turgut, said:
“Today, our citizen who took her mother to Ayvalık Family Health Center No. 5 to vaccinate her mother, started beating the nursing wives by diving into the vaccination room due to lack of vaccination. Our friends received a medical report from the hospital, went to the police station and made a statement. It is imperative that our Ministry and Provincial Directorate of Health take the necessary precautions urgently and make a statement to the local press. Ignoring health workers who do not take a single step must be abandoned. We hope that our friends, from the doctor who works at the Family Health Center to the midwives, nurses and assistants, will recover soon. “
