The circular recalls that various restrictions were imposed on events such as weddings, engagement parties, henna nights and circumcision weddings in 14 provinces, Adana, Ağrı, Ankara, Bursa, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Konya, Mardin, Şanlıurfa, Van and Yozurfa.
