Emre Dabak, 28, who lives in the Altınyayla district of Sivas, was quarantined for 12 days due to Covid-19.

Dabak requested permission from the health institution to which he was affiliated to attend the examination that took place in the city center. In Dabak it was said that he could not take public transport because he was in quarantine and that medical teams would take him to the exam room.

However, when the waiting ambulance did not arrive, the teenager was unable to attend the exam.

Emre Dabak, whose yearlong effort was wasted with the ambulance, used the following statements;

* I was quarantined due to Covid-19. Last week, I asked permission from the health institution I was affiliated with for the KPSS exam. They asked me if I had a private vehicle.

“I called 112 to confirm”

* They told me that the medical teams would take me to the exam room when I said no. The day before the exam, I called 112 to confirm. They said they would help by updating the address.

* I got up early today and called again. The information has been updated again. However, there were no entries or exits. Since I was in quarantine, I couldn’t go myself.

* The room where I will take the test is 50 minutes from our district. I had been preparing for this exam for a year. İHA
