Şaban Kayaaslan, who went to a restaurant in Konya’s Ereğli district, broke his windpipe while eating.

The owner of the workplace, Mehmet Çelikel, realizing that his client was out of breath, intervened on Kayaaslan.

Kayaaslan began to breathe comfortably after Çelikel’s intervention.

“He couldn’t save himself with his own effort”

Çelikel said that while his client was eating fish, he suddenly got up and started walking through the restaurant.

Stating that he understood that his client had food in his trachea, Çelikel said. “We waited a while, but we couldn’t escape by his own effort. Then I went to him and intervened, he was saved.” said.

“My eyes started to go off”

Şaban Kayaaslan said he had a bone in his throat while eating at the restaurant.

Kayaaslan said that he later started coughing and that pieces of food escaped down his windpipe while he coughed. “I got up from the table, went into the store, I came, but I started to gasp. My eyes started to darken. Then the friend came and intervened. I was impressed by his intervention. I thank him.” said.
