Aliyev delivered a speech to the nation and congratulated the people for the liberation of Gabriel Province from occupation.
Emphasizing that Azerbaijan is fighting to guarantee its territorial integrity, Aliyev declared that they will rebuild all liberated cities and repair all mosques destroyed by the Armenians.
Aliyev reported that today the city of Jabrayil and the villages of Karhulu, Sukurbeyli, Upper Maralyan, Çereken, Daskesen, Horovlu, Decal, Mahmutlu and Caferabat were liberated by Azerbaijani soldiers.
Stating that they have been waiting with hope for years to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict through negotiations, Aliyev recalled that Armenia, on the other hand, went further and made statements that it would not return the lands.
Aliyev stated that they accepted the gradual settlement plan which included the return of 5 provinces first, then 2 provinces, and then the return of the Azerbaijanis to their countries of origin, and that they saw that in exchange they wanted to break the will of the Azerbaijani people.

They violate all international conventions. Has anyone said a word to them? Did you make a statement to them? the OSCE Minsk Group? They said it’s us. If not, now they don’t care. Some European countries accuse us. Let them go and look in the mirror. “
Aliyev noted that the accusations against Azerbaijan are unfounded: “Currently, the main culprit is the Yerevan administration.
