During the period of the pandemic, the demand for nuts increased because our citizens stayed in home, but we are experiencing a strong increase in demand due to the New Year. We increased the working day to 24 hours. This was not reflected in the prices of snacks, there was also an increase in the nut harvest.

Istanbul is an important market for us. While sending 2-3 trucks a day to Istanbul, it has now increased to 10 trucks. There are demands especially from the markets. Orders come in, we are trying to grow. There is severe congestion. Usually sunflower seeds more products sold in Turkey, then peanuts, hazelnuts as products that come. Now the mixed cookies, which we call cocktails, have started to stand out. Citizens especially prefer the mixed cocktails that we make. Denizli, Turkey, is among the leading provinces in terms of nuts. Meets 70 percent of world Turkey chickpea production. Denizli also covers 80 percent of Turkey’s production.
