“I won in the 1969 elections, but I lost with the votes of the districts. The Justice Party saw that my path was opened by the success I had in the center and they made him provincial president. I was nominated again in 1973. Although I won with 600 votes, I was unable to enter parliament due to partisan divisions. When I ran again in 1977, this is a huge vote considering Rize’s current population of 57,300 votes, I entered parliament. I became Minister of Customs in 1978. There was also a coup in 1980. I went to jail 2-3 months after the coup. They judged me with the constitution that doesn’t exist. As in previous coups, I have been tried in courts whose verdict has already been determined. ”
