Eight people who intercepted the car in which the family was on license with three vehicles in the fight to give way in traffic, beat the driver and stabbed his father who wanted to break up the fight.
The incident occurred at the intersection with lights of the organized industrial zone (OSB) of the Aksaray – Adana E-90 highway.
According to the information obtained, Salim Tuğ (53), who came to his hometown Aksaray from Austria, visited his relatives with his wife and son Yaşar Tuğ (26) in the Karacaören village in the city center of Aksaray.
After the visit, the family set out to return to the center of Aksaray with the Austrian-registered vehicles used by Yaşar Tuğ, arguing with the horn and selector about whether or not to drive with a car on the road.
After squeezing and harassing the expatriate family’s vehicle, the driver of the car walked forward for a while and three vehicles blocked the car used by Yaşar Tuğ at the OSB crossing.

Meanwhile, the father, Salim Tuğ, who got out of the vehicle, wanted to break up the fight by joining the group.

Salim Tuğ, who was covered in blood with a knife strike right over his heart, fell to the ground, while other vehicle drivers who saw the fight at the intersection reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Following the warning, the police, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. 112 Emergency relief teams, who arrived at the scene in a short time, took the injured father Salim Tuğ and his son Yaşar Tuğ to the Emergency Service of the Aksaray University Research and Training Hospital.
While the injured father and son were being treated here, Father Salim Tuğ, despite all the interventions carried out, could not save himself and lost his life.

Eight people who carried out the incident fled in the direction of Adana in three vehicles after the incident. The gendarmerie teams that arrived at the scene began a large-scale investigation and investigation on the instructions of the Attorney General.
Teams from the Aksaray Provincial Gendarmerie Command, which found that eight suspects fled to Adana with 34 vehicles with license plates KF 3966, 34 BPV 084 and 06 AE 3842, immediately pursued the suspects. The Taşpınar Gendarmerie and Akçakent Gendarmerie units, which were on the suspects’ escape route, were also informed.
Gendarmerie teams blocked a large area immediately after the incident. The three vehicles from which the suspects escaped were soon caught in the Taşpınar district. The suspects were detained by the teams.
Eight suspects captured by the gendarmerie teams were first taken to the Emergency Service of the Aksaray University Research and Training Hospital and underwent a medical check.
After the procedures at the hospital were completed, the suspects were taken to the Aksaray Provincial Gendarmerie Command for questioning.
As the investigation into the incident continued, it emerged that Yaşar Tuğ, who was injured as a result of the assault, is in good condition.
On the other hand, 8 suspects were fined a total of TL 25,200, TL 3,150 each, for not complying with the curfew.
