“In the case of social media platforms to open a representative office in Turkey, what are we waiting for?” Akdeniz answered our question as follows:
* 2 scenarios are bad scenarios. They will stay this time to meet all the demands in Turkey because they come.
* If they do not respond to the requests of the users, this time from the Criminal Justice of the Peace; They will have to comply with their decision to block access and remove content.
* Access to the world leader in Transparency on Twitter, especially when we look at reports from Turkey. So most of the content mining Twitter accounts closed the lawsuit that was coming from Turkey.

* So if you come here, they will have become part of the judiciary or a member if they come to Turkey. This will not be a structure that they would prefer.
* They will object to decisions; They will see that all are rejected, so they will be responsible if they do not implement these decisions, they will wait 5 years when they go to the Constitutional Court, and that some decisions are not carried out despite the decision of the Constitutional Court. And they also know that this is the case.

“WE WILL SEE THAT THE PLATFORMS WILL BLOCK AND WILL NOT BEHAVE AFTER APRIL”
Recalling the CHP’s appeal to the Constitutional Court for the annulment of the Social Media Law, Akdeniz said:
* There will also be annulment of the law. If Twitter makes a decision similar to Facebook, it will fall back to an application that has no effect.
* Is it really that stage in Turkey to prevent these platforms from being blocked; It will make it unusable or not, we will see after April.
“TURKEY WILL LOSE WITH THIS LAW”
Akdeniz used the following statements, saying that with the enactment of this law, everyone will ‘lose’:
* In other words, it’s not just the segment that we call ‘opposition’, everyone will lose if Twitter or Facebook becomes unusable.
At the same time, government officials will lose. They also communicate with their voters on social media.
* Our ministers and deputies use them. Therefore, your communication will also suffer. Therefore, Turkey will lose. This will result in a grip on your own feet.
