The Ministry of Youth and Sports provides scholarship / loan applications for students who are eligible to enter a higher education program for the first time by taking the Student Selection and Placement Exam in the 2020-2021 academic year, as well as for students mid-term students still attending a higher education program and Turkish citizens studying abroad.
