(22) and his lover IY arrived at the apartment for the first time. After a while, Serkan G.’s brother, Davut G. (16), and his uncle Metin A. arrived at the apartment. After 4 people had fun for a while, an argument broke out between them for an unknown reason. Serkan G. then asked his brother Davut G. to leave. As the argument worsened, Davut G. shot his brother with the pistol he was holding.
