Fraudulent hackers victimize citizens with new methods that they choose according to the agenda.

According to the news in the daily Hürriryet, the scammers direct a message as if they were sent from the Ministry of Health to the target person. The message reads “Apply now to receive your social support payment of 3 thousand TL provided by the Ministry of Health”. When they read the message and click on the link, citizens fall into the hands of scammers. After clicking the link, the words “press the forward button for help” appear on the screen. As soon as the victim citizen follows the instructions of the hackers, the phone is completely in the hands of the scammers. If the victim conducts banking transactions on the citizen’s phone, the hackers take their credit card information and empty the account.

TIMES A MESSAGE ARRIVES

With the messages sent by the hackers, dozens of victims went to court. The 48-year-old jeweler MH was one of the names of the scammers. The “Forward” button was coming. I couldn’t get off the screen. I clicked the “Next” button several times. Then something started happening on my phone. The phone slowed down. I suspect, but I didn’t think they had my phone. I went into phone banking several times that day. I was getting images from my credit card. But it happened in seconds. Then it was returning to its original state. I think hackers took my credit card information. “

I called customer service

Expressing that he then called customer service, MH said: “They told me to do the same operation on my phone. I did the same operation again. Then they said” There is no problem in the system. “They called me from the bank on Tuesday. They said there was a movement of 14,200 lira from his credit card. I told him no. Then I told him what had happened to me. I realized that I was being scammed. I thought I was calling the customer service of the bank on Monday. But I was wondering if I was looking for the right place or talking to scammers, “he said.

MESSAGE WAS TO PERSONS REGISTERED IN THE GUIDE
