3 PERSONS ARRESTED
As part of the investigation initiated by the Kızılcahamam Prosecutor General’s Office, the so-called timeshare company employees RD, MD, MED, HG and EE, whom Açar went to meet at the hotel, were arrested.
RD, MED, who were determined to be in the room at the time of the incident, and MD, who stated that he was in a break room at night, were arrested by the guard court for “sexual assault” and “deliberate murder. “. HG and EE were released on condition of judicial control.

The statements of the detained suspects were also revealed. RD, who said that Gamze Açar was contacted for a job interview and that they had sex in the hotel room, claimed that the young woman committed suicide. RD stated that they met for a job interview on Friday and said;
* He asked me to pick him up at the address he gave in Keçiören district at midnight. We arrived at the hotel around 02:30. I asked him if he was drinking. He said he used it.
* We were Gamze Açar, MED and I in the room. After drinking, we were together of their own free will. At one point he said ‘find me heroin’. He acted like he was in a drug crisis. I didn’t care first. Then, while they were still together, he continued the same movements.
* Suddenly he took a break and got dressed. The room had two eyes. When I entered the other side, I heard the balcony open. Then came the sound of screaming. I saw him jump when I came out onto the balcony.
The other arrested MED suspect, on the other hand, stated in his testimony that he leaked after drinking alcohol and did not see what was going on.
