The Interior Ministry shared the details of the restriction imposed on those over 65 and under 20 with the circular that it sent to 81 provincial governorates. According to the circular issued by the Ministry, citizens over 65 years of age may leave between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and those under 20 years old between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
The Presidential Complex in recent days held a cabinet meeting, the president addressed the nation after Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan made statements on the new restrictions. Erdogan said the following;
“The practice of curfew in certain hours, which currently applies to people over 65 years of age, will be extended to those under 20 years of age, excluding employees. The working hours of businesses such as shopping centers, markets, barbers and hairdressers will be limited between 10 am and 8 pm. The cinemas are also suitable for the demand of the sector. It will remain closed until the end of the year “.
WHEN ARE THERE PROHIBITED HOURS AND RESTRICTIONS DURING THE WEEK?
According to the Interior Ministry circular, curfews for people over 65 will be every day until a new circular is issued. Restrictions continue on weekdays and weekends. In other words, the restriction of those over 65 and under 20 continues.
