The Giresun governorate made an important decision to combat the corona virus. Smoking on the street has been banned after cases have increased in recent days.
The following statements were included in the written statement made by the governor;
1-In all public institutions of our city the necessary tasks are carried out and implemented in order to arrange the start and end of the work as 08: 00-16: 30 and 08: 30-17: 00 in order to avoid the intensity of public transport and other means of transport,
2- Our citizens over 65 years old and who suffer from chronic diseases in our city are visited by shops such as bazaars, markets, shopping malls, tea shops that have difficulties in maintaining social distance, and Gazi, Fatih, Alpaslan streets, which are widely used by citizens, from 07:00 to 10:00 and 16:00. Entry restriction at 7:00 p.m., exemption for our citizens over 65 who have businesses or work on Gazi, Fatih and Alpaslan streets,
3-Measurement of fever in the accesses of the neighborhood markets of our city, compliance with the standards established for the markets and distribution of masks by municipal teams,
5-Arrangement in such a way that a maximum of two people can sit around small tables in businesses and similar places where there is a problem to maintain social distance, such as a tea shop, and that the directions of the seats of these two people are oriented in the same direction, not each other,
NO SMOKING
6- The prohibition of smoking during the walk since it presents a risk of contamination by violating the use of masks in public areas such as streets, streets, parks, etc. of all our province,
It was decided to comply with these decisions taken previously, impose administrative fines in accordance with article 282 of the Public Health Law, act in accordance with the pertinent articles of the Law in accordance with the situation of violation, and initiate the necessary judicial procedures within the scope of article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code.
CURRENT SITUATION IN TURKEY
