In Istanbul, places where communities such as astro fields, saunas, barbers, hairdressers, cafes, bars, restaurants, restaurants, patisseries, coffee shops, gyms, beauty centers, wedding halls, Internet cafes are densely located, have been closed to 10:00 pm according to the circular. . Food service locations will continue to provide take out service only.

In Beşiktaş, the workplaces covered by the circular ceased their services from the beginning of the restriction. While bars, cafes, and some restaurants were closed, there was a queue in front of take-out places.

The bars and cafes of Kadife Sokak, known as Bar Street in Kadıköy, ended their activities with the start of the restriction time.

While many places were closed in Fatih, some cafes were seen to continue to operate.
