Minister Elvan, for his part, affirmed that the guarantee payments are made by the state to projects such as the Osmangazi Bridge, which guarantee the passage of vehicles, but that the number of vehicles that pass is constantly increasing. For this reason, Elvan stated that there will be no need for ongoing high warranty payments for 15 years.
