According to the circular, citizens over 65 years of age may leave between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and those under 20 years of age between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Shopping centers, markets, barbers, hairdressers and beauty centers will be able to offer service between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., valid from 8 p.m. on Friday, November 20.
Restaurant, dining, and online food ordering companies will provide package service after 8:00 p.m. by phone or online order only.
Until a new decision, curfews will be restricted on weekends, except from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the production, manufacturing and supply chains will be exempt from this.
Officials of sports competitions that are held without spectators, interurban public transport officials and those who document that they will travel in these vehicles will be exempt from the restriction.
Those certifying that they will participate in other core exams announced by ÖSYM and those attending the exam will be exempt from curfew.
During the periods in which the curfew is applied on weekends, it will be essential that citizens do not move around the city or between cities with their private vehicle. In exceptional cases, those who obtain the permit may travel in their private vehicles.
Places to eat and drink, such as restaurants, eateries and coffee shops, can only be open between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to provide take-out or take-out service.
According to the circular, new measures will be implemented to combat the coronavirus starting at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20.
