CHP spokesman Faik Öztrak made statements at the party headquarters. Öztrak said a court decision was notified to the party headquarters and a provincial president at noon today, saying: “The decision is about imposing a ban on printing, distributing and selling a Republican People’s Party brochure. Now I ask: Where in this book are people incited to hatred and hostility? Does the National Security Decision of August 25, 2004 in this book incite the public to hatred and hostility?
Does posting this incite the public to hatred and hostility? Or is it the words of many AKP spokesmen in this book that have been reflected in the press long ago, leading people to hatred and hostility?

* In this context, the confiscation and prohibition of this book is a strong intervention of the Judiciary in the political activities of the main opposition party.
