WHO IS NACİ AĞBAL?
Naci Ağbal was born on January 1, 1968 to Minteha and Yakup Ağbal in the village of Yoncalı in Bayburt. After completing his primary, secondary and secondary education in Çorum, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Public Administration in 1989. He joined the Board of Inspection the same year and became Inspector of Finance in 1993. As of March 8, 2008, he became a member of the Ahmet Yesevi University Board of Trustees. He was appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance on June 12, 2009, which continued until February 9, 2015.
