Iran’s vaccines are banned!

Iranian religious leader Ayatollah Khamenei has banned the use of vaccines developed in the United States and England against the coronavirus.

Addressing the nation on state television, Khamenei announced that coronavirus vaccines developed by the United States and Britain were banned. “The importation of American and British vaccines into the country is prohibited. I told the authorities, I am now announcing them,” Khamenei said.

“If the Americans could produce vaccines, they would not be defeated by the coronavirus in their own country,” Khamenei said.

LAST SITUATION IN IRAN

The number of people who died in Iran from the new type of coronavirus (Kovid-19) increased by 85 to 56 thousand 18.

According to Iran’s official news agency IRNA, Health Ministry spokeswoman Sima Sadat Lari claimed that 6,251 new cases were detected across the country and 571 of them were treated in hospitals.

Explaining that 85 more people died in the last 24 hours due to the epidemic, Lari said that the loss of life due to the virus increased to 56 thousand 18 and the number of cases increased to 1 million 274 thousand 514.

After specifying that 4,729 of the patients who contracted Kovid-19 were treated in intensive care units, Lari stated that the number of those who have recovered since the beginning of the epidemic has reached 1 million 58 thousand 654.

Lari also pointed out that the total number of tests carried out in the country with an approximate population of 83 million is 8 million 44 thousand 799 to date.

The number of casualties in the country, which fell below 100 on January 5, 6 months later, rose to triple digits yesterday.
