The Interior Ministry sent a circular to 81 provincial governorates about the inspections that will be carried out tomorrow within the framework of the Covid -19 Measures.
In the circular, on Thursday 17 September 2020, in all provinces and districts, governors, district governors, mayors, administrators and staff of the relevant public institutions and organizations, village / neighborhood mukhtars, professional chambers, general units of law enforcement (police, it was indicated that general inspections will be carried out by teams formed with the participation of gendarmerie, coast guard) and private law enforcement officers (police, private security, etc.) with the slogan “FOR HEALTH FOR ALL FOR US “, covering all areas of life. The circular included the following information on the inspections that will be carried out throughout the country:
– Inspections, especially urban and interurban public transport vehicles and food and entertainment venues such as restaurants, cafes, restaurants, accommodation facilities, shopping malls, market squares, high society markets, coffee shops, coffee shops, tea gardens, places where weddings and marriages are held, hair / barber / beauty centers, internet cafes / salons and arcade venues, bus stations, commercial taxis, taxi stands, parks / picnic areas, amusement parks / theme parks and all housing areas (beaches, streets and streets, etc.) to be planned.
– It will be determined that the inspection teams will be composed of representatives of the relevant public institutions and organizations (law enforcement agencies, local administrations, provincial / district directorates, etc.), village / neighborhood mukhtars and professional associations, taking into account the experience of each business line or location.
– During the inspections, special attention will be paid to whether the standards of cleanliness, masks and physical distance are met in events (wedding ceremonies, funerals, condolences, etc.) and places (beaches, streets and streets, parking lots, etc.)
– The effectiveness and visibility of audit activities will be maintained at the highest level.
During the inspections, orientation and awareness activities will be focused on citizens.
– For non-continuous violations arising from instant implementations that can be corrected immediately, warnings of the first violation, administrative fines in the second violation, 1 day for the third violation for the place of work, commercial taxi and public transport, and 3 days for the fourth offense.
– In the case of infractions that pose a serious risk to public health and create continuity or insist on acts contrary to the norms / precautions, the sanctions that will be determined by the General Provincial / District Hygiene Boards will be applied by the local administrative authorities.
– By ensuring coordination between local administrations, general law enforcement agencies, public institutions and organizations, village / neighborhood mukhtar and professional chambers by district governors and governors, the necessary planning will be carried out and no problems in implementation will be allowed.
