Yılmaz Çiftçi, general director of Prisons and Detention Houses, said that the project will make video calls with devices that will be placed in the rooms of prisoners and convicts. Çiftçi also explained that applications such as e-doctor, e-library, online canteen purchases, fast counting with fingerprints, canteen orders will be made through the system and payments will be made in this way, it will be sent request and email with the communication application of the ministry. .
