– The district governors / governors will show the necessary sensitivity in the collection of administrative fines imposed on real and legal persons (companies, etc.) that fail to comply with the measures taken in the field of the fight against the coronavirus.
-The necessary decisions of the district governors / governors within the framework of the aforementioned principles will be taken urgently in accordance with articles 27 and 72 of the General Health Law. There will be no interruptions in practice and no complaints will be generated. The necessary judicial procedures will be initiated within the scope of article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code regarding the establishment of an administrative action in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law and the criminal behaviors of those who do not comply with the decisions taken.
