During the pandemic period, he displayed a very relaxed attitude in terms of protecting public health and providing access to all possible facilities in treating patients. Health is a sector that has begun to obtain a significant share of national income throughout the world, but health is also an important source of income and a sector that produces added value for countries. In our country, according to 2018 statistics, the relationship between health spending and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is 4.4 percent. Figures for 2019 will be announced in November. I assume this level has been preserved. Our heart is, on the one hand, to increase the share of the national budget allocated to health, and on the other, to increase the income of the health sector through the production of services from external sources. That is why we attach importance to health tourism. The period of the pandemic has further opened the door to opportunities in this area. “
