Melek Aslan, who graduated last year from Diyarbakır Dicle University’s Department of Mathematics and started giving private lessons, first became friends with and then lover Orhan Vatansever, whom she met on social media. Orhan Vatansever, whom Melek Aslan, who left after a while due to threats and violence, complained and had the decision to be suspended, communicated with Melek’s brothers on social media. Vatansever suggested to Mustafa Aslan, whom he eventually contacted, that inappropriate photos of his sister Melek were shared on social media.
So Mustafa Aslan, who went to Diyarbakır on Wednesday, killed his sister Melek by opening 4 shots with a pistol in the middle of the street. Melek Aslan’s body was taken to his hometown Kahta after the autopsy and buried. Mustafa Aslan, who caused the death of his sister and whose father Hasan Aslan complained, was arrested by the court to which he was taken after being arrested.
