14 people were injured in the bomb attack on the church in the city of Makassar, the capital of Indonesia’s South Sulawesi province. South Sulawesi Police Public Relations Officer E Zulpan said in a statement that the incident was a suicide attack according to preliminary investigations.

National Police Department spokesman Argo Yuwono stated that 14 people, including church security guards, were injured in the bomb attack and their treatment continued at the hospital.
