In a statement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, it was stated that Armenia is ready for a ceasefire under the leadership of the OSCE.

The OSCE-affiliated Minsk Group pioneered a ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia in 1992. The leaders of the US, Russia and France that make up the Minsk Group made a statement yesterday and invited the parties to a ceasefire.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced that an attack on settlements in Armenia was carried out.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced that Armenia has seized the villages of Hındıristan, Alibeyli, Ahmedagali and Safarli in the city of Aghdam under heavy artillery fire despite repeated warnings not to fire on the settlements. Although the Ministry announced that there were deaths and injuries among the civilian population, it pointed out that there is the possibility of launching rockets from the Gorus region in Armenia towards Azerbaijani territory and that Azerbaijan will take the necessary measures.
