Bahrain, another Gulf country after the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is strengthening its relations with Israel. The high-level Israeli delegation arrived in Bahrain to normalize relations between Israel and Bahrain.
The delegation includes US Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s national security adviser, Meir Ben Shabat.
Tel Aviv’s visit to Manama is carried out to strengthen economic relations and increase cooperation between Israel, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
COMMERCIAL FLIGHT CONTRACT
The Israeli Transport Ministry said an agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates will be signed on Tuesday from Ben Gurion Airport, which will allow 28 commercial flights per week between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The ministry announced that the aviation agreement will be signed at Ben Gurion airport and that flights are expected to start within a few weeks.
On the other hand, at the official ceremony held at the White House on September 15, the “Abraham Accords” were signed to normalize relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. İHA
