Membership of the Constitutional Court (AYM) was announced as a result of the election. İrfan Fidan, Nevzat Özsoy and Mustafa Erol received the most votes. President Tayyip Erdoğan will send one of the three people with the highest votes to the Constitutional Court.
In the election, former Istanbul chief prosecutor İrfan Fidan, who was appointed to the Court of Cassation, received 107 votes, Nevzat Özsoy 65 votes and Mustafa Erol 52 votes.
